About ecotile industrial flooring

EcoTile 7mm and 10mm thick industrial interlocking floor tiles provide an extremely hardwearing, resilient and durable floor that is guaranteed for six years. Manufactured from 100% recycled PVC the tiles cope easily with forklift truck traffic and are often used to protect new floors from being damaged or contaminated by heavy traffic or machines.

Alternatively, EcoTile can be used to create an even and attractive surface over a damaged or dusty floor. The interlocking system allows the tiles to be dry laid over any hard surface requiring very little preparation and so causing the minimum disruption to site activities. The floor is ready for use as soon as it has been installed which introduces an immediate advantage over many other flooring systems.

EcoTile is resistant to most solvents and chemicals and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, which is a welcome benefit in a noisy factory or warehouse. Available in nine standard colours and two surface textures EcoTile offers excellent anti-slip and anti-fatigue properties improving safety and productivity.

The versatility of the interlocking system means the colours can be used to define the layout and functions of the area and should the layout need to be altered, the tiles can be taken up and placed accordingly. The floor can be extended at any time and our ramp sections, which also interlock with the tiles, eliminate any potential trip hazard.

EcoTile is quick and easy to clean. The impervious surface ensures ease of maintenance and contributes to the long term cost effectiveness of this unique flooring system.

Versatile also supply a range of specialist matting and anti-slip safety products designed to eliminate slip hazards and improve the safety and ergonomics of the working environment.

“Customers are becoming more aware of the need for planned, structured maintenance as opposed to simply dealing with problems as they arise. Our flooring, matting and safety products are frequently being used as a preventative measure to safeguard the long-term success of a company rather than a last minute desperate attempt to solve an existing problem.”
